Lowell Potiker

Lowell Potiker - Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Lowell Potiker

In April of 2013, Lowell Potiker led HSP EPI Acquisition, LLC in its purchase of Entertainment®, a company founded by his parents Hughes and Sheila Potiker in 1962. Lowell literally grew up in the business and held several executive positions at Entertainment® before its sale in 1991. He is uniquely qualified to assume the role of CEO and to guide the company's strategy and growth as the preeminent leader in discounts and promotions in North America.

Lowell also currently serves as the President of HSP Group LLC, a private investment firm and has successfully acquired and operated businesses in film, commercial finance and sales promotion. Lowell serves as Chairman of Advance Restaurant Finance LLC, a California licensed lender that originates loans and lines of credit for restaurant and retail merchants in all 50 states.

Lowell is a graduate of the University of Michigan, graduated from Pepperdine School of Law, and is a member of the California Bar. He has also served on the boards of numerous community organizations, and currently serves on the boards of The High Tech High Learning Foundation, the San Diego Museum of Art, the Senior Community Centers of San Diego and the Clark University Board of Trustees.

Steve Lemberg

Steve Lemberg

Steve was instrumental in the acquisition of Entertainment® by HSP EPI Acquisition, LLC. He now serves as Chief Operating Officer and oversees all of the company's operations. He has a proven record of overseeing all aspects of a business enterprise. He has previously served in the capacities of CEO, COO and CFO in a diverse array of industries, including advertising and promotions, casinos, and a major film studio.

Steve is also the Chief Operating Officer of the HSP Group, LLC, the private investment firm that orchestrated the acquisition of Entertainment® and owns and operates other diverse businesses and investments.

Steve is a former partner in the international accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he worked for 15 years and developed expertise in sophisticated corporate finance and merger & acquisition transactions. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School and the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. He is licensed as a lawyer and a CPA. Steve currently serves on the boards of directors of Entertainment® and the Detroit Urban Debate League, where he is also Treasurer.

Patricia Maguire

Patricia Maguire - EVP, Marketing, Consumer Marketing

Patricia Maguire

As Executive Vice President of Marketing, Consumer Marketing division at Entertainment®, Patricia Maguire leads the direct response marketing vision with both ecommerce and traditional customer acquisition and retention strategies. Her performance-driven, P&L responsibility and agile approach has proven successful, by growing revenue and profit soon after she joined Entertainment®.

As an expert in multi-channel marketing, including search, email, affiliate, display, social, broadcast, print, retargeting and other emerging media, Patricia consistently exceeds ROI goals. Patricia championed focus on interactive marketing at Entertainment®, which is one of the fastest growing business segments. She has a healthy obsession with website metrics, multivariate testing, and database analytics which contribute to her participation in new platform and data governance initiatives.

Prior to Entertainment®, Patricia demonstrated the same self-starter executive marketing skills in both entrepreneurial and Fortune 500 companies, including a direct response travel marketing start-up, AT&T, Campbell-Ewald Advertising, and a database marketing consulting firm.

Patricia has been a speaker at several venues, including MarketingSherpa and the Email Marketing Summit. She has also won a variety of awards from Detroit Direct Marketing Association. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and a Masters of Business Administration.

Jeanne Chapman

Jeanne Chapman - EVP, Corporate Marketing Solutions

Jeanne Chapman

Jeanne leads the CMS group responsible for developing, selling and delivering customer acquisition, loyalty and advertising solutions for Fortune 1000 corporations. Her teams also manage all of the national, chain and regional merchant, retail and ecommerce brand relationships, including sales deployment, program development, deployment and client services.

A retail and restaurant industry veteran, Jeanne served as the Director of Marketing for A&W Restaurants and held various other marketing and sales management positions in the health care arena. Jeanne holds a BS in Education from Bowling Green State University. She has served for over 20 years on the board of the National Restaurant Association's Marketing Executives Group.

Brad McCaulley

Brad McCaulley - EVP, Local Sales

Brad McCaulley

Brad oversees all local sales forces for the merchant and fundraising divisions. With almost 20 years experience at Entertainment®, Brad has demonstrated continuous success as a leader in the inside and outside sales divisions.

He began his career at Entertainment® as a sales rep in the Philadelphia market, but quickly rose to manage sales teams at the district, brand and regional levels. He briefly left Entertainment® in 1998 to be VP of Southeast Sales for Getting to Know You, a sister Cendant company for Entertainment® at the time. After returning to Entertainment®, Brad was responsible for implementing a paid advertising model in the local sales division.

Brad holds a BA in Organizational Behavior and Management from Brown University.

Ray Monks

Ray Monks - General Manager, Youth Cause Marketing

Ray Monks

Ray leads the Company's Youth Marketing Cause division, the field-deployed sales and service organization responsible for delivering branded products through schools in support of their fundraising needs. He oversees all aspects of this division including full P&L management, sales deployment strategies, post-sale service and fulfillment, student incentives and partner sales organization development.

Ray has over 15 years experience leading fundraising sales teams across North America. He joined Entertainment® in 2010, where he lead the California/Hawaii sales team as well as developed and implemented a new Independent Sales model. Prior to Entertainment®, Ray successfully managed regions for QSP/Time Inc., QSP/Readers Digest and QSP-World's Finest Chocolates. There he served and led a variety of committees such as the Sponsorship, Vendor Relations, Video Launch, PowerPoint and Prize Video Committees. Ray also has been a sales leader for TAK Marketing, a fundraising organization; owner of Monks Aerospace, Inc.; and VP of Operations/Sales for Tru-Bor Manufacturing.
