Call the hotel of your choice at the number listed to make an advance reservation. Be sure to identify yourself as an "Entertainment Member." |

As a member, you are entitled to a 50% discount off the rack room rate, which is a hotel's non-discounted full-price rate. |
|

• |
Occasionally, hotels may offer their own promotional rates to the general public, a short-term price traditionally available during low occupancy periods. If these rates are the same or lower than the stated Entertainment rate, your membership entitles you to an additional 10% off the rate available to the general public. |

• |
Entertainment discount reservations will be accepted until the hotel projects 80% of their rooms to be sold for your requested dates. |
|

• |
If "R30" appears in a hotel's listing, they will only accept reservations when made within 30 days of arrival. |

Hotel Availability and Your Discount Rates |

The Entertainment® 50% discount applies only to full-priced (rack) room rates, not to any other discount, Internet or daily rate; 10% discount applies only to the promotional rate available to the general public. Rates cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, including daily rates or rates found on the Internet. |

Entertainment® rates do not apply to walk-ins, group/convention rates, packages, travel agency bookings, special amenities, taxes/fees, meal plans or Internet rates, and cannot be combined with any other discount rate programs. All rates are subject to availability. |
|

• |
Reservations with the Entertainment® rate are accepted until the hotel projects to be 80% or more occupied. As a result, the discount may not be available for your entire stay because occupancy varies on a daily basis. |
|
| |
• |
Due to limited availability, hotels offering discounts on "any room" may exclude special rooms such as suites, concierge and premium rooms. |
|
| |
• |
Only one room can be discounted per Entertainment® membership card and the card is non-transferable. |
|
| |
• |
Hotels participate in the program on an individual basis. You must call the number listed for the hotel and state that you are an "Entertainment® Member" to be eligible for the Entertainment® rate, if available. |

• |
Remaining flexible with your travel dates may offer the greatest opportunity for the Entertainment® rate. Discounts may not be available for every night of your stay, especially if traveling during peak seasons, holiday weeks, conventions or special events such as Mardi Gras, Race Weekends & New Year's Eve. |

If the Entertainment® rate is not available, check alternate dates,
call back closer to your travel date, or contact other hotels listed in
the area. Be sure to register your Entertainment® membership card
and view a complete listing of participating hotels on
www.entertainment.com/travel. |

Be sure to ask for the hotel's policy on deposits, cancellations and late
arrival guarantees. |

The Guaranteed Best Rate rebate is not applicable to Hotels at
HalfPrice® bookings. |

| Guaranteed Best Rate Rules of Use |

Rate is guaranteed at the time of reservation to be the best rate for the room type at the same hotel on the dates booked. If you find a lower rate available for the same dates at the same hotel, within 24 hours of booking the reservation with us, call 1-800-50-HOTEL (1-800-504-6835) and we will either refund the difference or cancel the reservation without a cancellation fee. Subject to availability. Bed type and smoking preferences cannot be guaranteed. |

You will be required to prepay with a major credit card. |

To change or cancel your reservation, call 1-800-50-HOTEL (1-800-504-6835). A fee will be applied to your credit card for any change or cancellation. |

The cancellation fee as of May 1, 2006, is $25 USD, which is subject to change. In addition, if you do not change or cancel your reservation before the cancellation policy period applicable to the hotel you reserved, which varies by hotel (usually 24 to 72 hours prior to your date of arrival), you will be subject to a charge of one-night's room rate, tax recovery charges, service fees and additional fees that may vary by hotel or property. Please request information on the applicable cancellation fees prior to making your reservation. No refunds will be made for no-shows or early checkouts. |

Some peak seasonal dates may not be discounted, and the rate guarantee does not apply to special events such as New Year's Eve and the Super Bowl. |
