What is an Entertainment Rewards Membership? |
| |
| |
The Entertainment Rewards Membership is a new addition to Entertainment.com that gives subscribers the convenience of accessing all their offers online. Enjoy access to hundreds of "2-for-1" and up to 50%-off discounts you can print from your computer, discounted movie tickets you can buy online and great savings at online retailers.

Try it for Free
You can try the Membership for free. The membership has a 30-day, risk-free trial period that allows you to print up to 100 Entertainment discounts. You're free to cancel anytime during your free trial, and you will not be charged. How do I receive my discounts? |
| |
| |
When you purchase a Rewards Membership, you automatically gain access to all printable discounts in your area and travel discounts including over 5,000 hotels and popular car rental companies. You'll also be able to purchase discounted movie tickets online.
All discounts in your membership can be printed at least once per year. On the year anniversary of your membership, all your discounts will be refreshed, so you'll get to use them all again. Please note that some coupons can only be printed a limited number of times. If you cancel and reinstate your membership within the same year, any coupons that you printed before canceling will count towards the limit of that particular offer. The number of times that you can print an individual coupon will be refreshed on the year anniversary of when you first enrolled. |

When do my discounts expire? |
| |
| |
|
All Entertainment Rewards local discounts are good for 14 days. Travel discounts may be valid for a longer period of time, so please check the expiration date on your coupon. |
 |
| |
|
Many discounts are "one-time use only." This means you can only use that discount one time per membership year. For example, if you enrolled on January 8th, 2003, went to "Joe's Diner" on February 9th, 2003 and redeemed a coupon, you could not redeem another coupon at Joe's Diner until after January 8th, 2004. |
 |
| |
|
Repeat savings and many other discounts can be used multiple times. Please check the individual discount for the specific terms of these offers. |

You can preview a membership prior to purchasing it. Simply enter the location where you'd like to save, and you'll be presented with discounts in your area. You can start with the search box to look for specific businesses or categories that you're interested in, or use the categories in the left column to browse through all the discounts in the membership.
During this 30-day trial period, you have the opportunity to print up to 100 Entertainment discounts. If within your 30-day trial period you decide that you do not want to continue your membership, simply cancel online by clicking on the cancellation link in the My Account area of the site (Note: You must be logged in to cancel). If you cancel within this 30-day trial period, your credit card will not be charged. If you want to continue your membership, do nothing and you will be billed $9.00/month.

How do I renew my membership? |
| |
| |
For your convenience, your membership will be renewed automatically at the end of your billing period. If you do not want to renew your membership, you must cancel more than five days before the end of your initial billing period (or any renewal period) in order for cancellation to take effect before the next billing period. If cancellation occurs after this date, the membership will be renewed and you will be charged according to the payment option you selected. |

How do I cancel my membership once billing has started? |
| |
| |
You can cancel anytime after your 30-day free trial period ends by clicking on the cancellation link in the My Account area of the site (Note: You must be logged in to cancel). You must cancel more than five days before the end of your initial billing period in order for cancellation to take effect before the next billing period. If cancellation occurs after this date, the membership will be renewed and you will be charged according to the payment option you selected.
For example: Your first charge of $9.00 will be billed the day after your free trial ends. Ongoing, your monthly subscription fee of $9.00 is automatically billed on the monthly anniversary of your first charge. For example, if your first charge was on the 23rd of the month, every subsequent charge will be the 23rd. If you cancel more than five days before your next monthly subscription fee is billed, you will not be charged for the next month. If your monthly anniversary falls on the 30th or 31st of the month, you will be billed on the last day of the month in those months that have a fewer number of days. If your monthly anniversary falls on a weekend, you will be billed on the previous Friday.

Will I always have access to the same discounts? |
| |
| |
New discounts are added throughout the year, so check back often for discounts at your favorite local establishments. Periodically, a discount that's available on Entertainment.com will be discontinued. This could be due to one of the following: the discount was available for a brief time for a special event; business closure; or change in business ownership. |
