Yes, your credit card information is safe. We process customer orders using SSL encryption technology. SSL encrypts the information you input before it is sent to us on the Internet. In addition, all of the customer information we collect on our web site is secured against unauthorized access on Entertainment Publications Operating Company, Inc.'s server. When will my credit card be charged? |

The first 10 days of you subscription will be considered your “trial” period, during which time you can print up to 3 coupons. You may cancel at anytime during the 10-day free trial period and not be billed. After the 10 day free trial period expires, your credit card will be charged either $3.99 per month ($47.88 per year) or $39.99 per year for the 1-year subscription, depending on which payment method you selected.
We will automatically renew your subscription at the end of the year at the rate of $3.99 per month or $39.99 per year, depending on which payment method you selected.
For all subscriptions, you must cancel either within the 10-day trial period or more than five days before the end of the initial period (or any renewal period), in order for the cancellation to take effect before the next billing cycle. If cancellation occurs after this date, the subscription will be renewed and you will be charged according to the subscription and payment method selected. |

How do I give credit to a group/school? |

Credit will only be given to a seller and or group/school if you purchase an annual subscription and select the $39.99/year payment option.
There are two ways to credit a group/school and seller with your purchase. |

If you received an e-mail message from a seller, just click on the link in the e-mail and you will be transferred to the web site to purchase a subscription. The group/school and seller data is automatically recorded so all you need to do is check out with your billing and shipping information. |

2. |
If you did not receive an e-mail message from a seller or the link was not clickable, you can still give the seller and group/school credit by entering in the seller number (found in the e-mail) at www.entertainment.com/support and both the seller and group/school will receive credit.
If you wish to give credit to a group or school only, simply go to www.entertainment.com/support and enter the group or school account number. |
