How do I cancel my subscription? |

| |
To cancel your subscription, please call 1-888-231-SAVE. For all subscriptions, you must cancel either within the 10-day trial period or more than five days before the end of the initial period (or any renewal period), in order for the cancellation to take effect before the next billing cycle. If cancellation occurs after this date, the subscription will be renewed and you will be charged according to the subscription and payment method selected. |

How do I receive a refund? |

No refunds will be issued for the Savings Subscription, but the first 10 days of you subscription will be considered your “trial” period, during which time you can print up to 3 coupons. You may cancel at anytime during the 10-day free trial period and your credit card will not be charged.
If cancellation occurs after this 10-day trial period, you credit card will be charged and your subscription will not be cancelled until the following subscription term. For annual subscribers, this means that your subscription will be cancelled for the following year, but will continue for the current year. If you selected the monthly payment option you will continue to get billed for the remainder of your active year. For 3-month subscriptions, your subscription will remain active for the remainder of your 3-month period, but will be cancelled once this 3-month period has ended. Please call 1-888-231-SAVE to inquire about receiving a refund. |

How do I reactivate my subscription after I’ve cancelled? |

Simply call 1-888-231-SAVE and we'll reactivate your subscription. Please note that if you cancel and reinstate your subscription within the same year, the coupons you had printed will not be available again until the year anniversary of when you first subscribed. |

If I reactivate, do I have access to the same discounts I had before I cancelled my subscription? |

Yes, your subscription is essentially reinstated, so you will have access to all of the same discounts you had access to before you cancelled your subscription, with the following exceptions: |

Coupons that you printed prior to canceling will not be available again until the year anniversary of when you first subscribed. |

• |
Since we are adding new discounts all the time, you may have access to new discounts that weren’t available to you before. Additionally, there may be instances where discounts are no longer available on the site, due to merchant closure or change in ownership. |

Yes. You’ll be able to print all your discounts again when your subscription is renewed, on the year anniversary of when you first subscribed. |
