1. What is the status of my order?

Standard delivery may take 10-14 business days from the time your order is placed online. If you haven't received your shipment after 14 days, please call 1-888-231-SAVE or contact our Customer Service team online so they can determine the status of your order and ensure that it's quickly on it's way to your door. When submitting your inquiry, please include your order number.

2. Can I order by phone?
To order by phone, please call 1-888-231-SAVE. Be sure to mention that your order is an "Internet order," so you can take advantage of any online promotions that may be running.

3. What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We do not currently accept checks or money orders.

4. Is my credit card safe with an online purchase?
Yes, your credit card information is safe. We process customer orders and collect and store personally identifiable information using SSL encryption technology. SSL encrypts the information you input before it is sent to us via the Internet. In addition, all of the customer information we collect on our website is secured against unauthorized access on Entertainment Publication, Inc.'s server. 5. When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card is charged when your book(s) have been shipped. You will receive an e-mail notifying you that your order has shipped, which will confirm the amount you have been charged. The e-mail will also contain your order ID, which you should reference if you have any questions about your order.

6. How do I give credit to my group/school?
There are two ways to credit a group/school and seller with your purchase.
1. If you received an e-mail message from a seller, just click on the link in the e-mail and you will be transferred to the Web site to purchase a book. The group/school and seller data is automatically recorded so all you need to do is check out with your billing and shipping information.
2. If you did not receive an e-mail message from a seller or the link was not clickable, you can still give the seller and group/school credit by entering in the seller number (found in the e-mail) at www.entertainment.com/support and both the seller and group/school will receive credit.

If you wish to give credit to a group or school only, simply go to www.entertainment.com/support and enter the group or school account number.

7. What is your shipping charge?
Entertainment® Book shipping charges are as follows:
Standard, 10-14 Business Days ($4.99/item)
Express, 5-7 Business Days ($7.49/item)
*Rush, 3-5 Business Days ($4.99/item)
**Overnight, 1-2 Business Days ($14.99/item)
International, 12-17 Business Days ($17.50)
*Express and Rush Shipping (USA Only)
**Overnight Shipping (Continental USA Only) -- In order for items to arrive by the next business day, overnight orders must be placed by 11 AM EST.

Periodically throughout the year we will run specials on shipping that offer free standard shipping or free shipping on two or more books.

Note:
Book shipping charges are applied for each item ordered. For example, if you order three of the Greater Los Angeles book (using the standard shipping rate) at $30 each for a total of $90, your total shipping charges would come to $15.00 ($5.00 x 3). Your total purchase price would be $105.00.

8. Why do you charge for shipping and handling?
Our shipping and handling charge merely covers the cost of sending an individual, traceable package to your home.

9. Can I ship to international addresses?
Yes! International shipping is by airmail. Standard shipping time for international orders is 2-3 weeks (depending on the location). The standard flat rate for international shipping is $17.50. The standard $4.99/book shipping rate also applies to Puerto Rico and Canada.

If the shipping address is outside of the continental U.S., your order may be subject to taxes, time delays and/or duties once it reaches its destination. These charges, if applied, are the responsibility of the customer. In addition, the customer, not Entertainment®, is recognized as the importer of these goods. Please contact your local customs office for information regarding customs rates and issues.

We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, rural routes or military bases.

11. Can I return my book?
For Books Ordered From Entertainment.com or Entertainment's Call Center
Entertainment will accept book returns within 30 days of purchase, with the exception of promotions that specifically state "no refunds or returns."
Book returns must be in resalable condition and will be accepted only if they are free of breakage and/or tears. (e.g., membership card and all coupons must still be intact).
Refunds are given in the amount of the purchase price, less $7.95 per book for order shipping and handling and return shipping & handling.
All shipments will include a pre-paid return shipping label.
All returns will be credited to the credit card account used to purchase and will be processed no later than 10 business days after it is received. However, it may take more than one billing cycle for your return credit to appear on your statement.
For all others, please return the book to the outlet from where you purchased.
