a. The Entertainment® book membership program is a combination of several components featured as local or national coupons, cards, online print, electronic, interactive, mobile app or other promotional advertising medium. Promotional merchant offers featured in Entertainment® programs are not gift cards.

b. If you did not purchase online, in order to receive additional benefits from your book membership, including links to online offers, you must activate your Entertainment® Membership Card online at www.entertainment.com/activate. If you originally purchased your book from our website, your book membership has been automatically activated and you do not need to go through the activation process.

i. Use your Entertainment® Membership Card to receive hotel and car rental discounts.

ii. Use your Frequent Values® Key Tag to receive discounts for offers listed in the Frequent Values® directory found online and on the mobile app. Frequent Values® offers are a percentage-off discount that may be used on a repeatable basis. Simply present your key tag at participating merchants each time you visit to receive your discount.

iii. Select Savings® are promotional discount offers available online for all editions. You must first activate your membership in order to receive access to these offers.

iv. Digital Offers: These offers may be found online or via your mobile app and redeemed via printable coupon or mobile redemption. Offers expire 14 days after printing.

These offers are easy to spot – just look for the mobile icon. a. The Entertainment.com Savings Membership is a new addition to Entertainment that combines the savings of more discount offers plus the power of an online and mobile experience. Members enjoy hundreds of "2-for-1" and up to 50%-off discounts accessible from a mobile device or printable from a computer. It's easier to search and browse online or via your mobile device. Choose a membership from one of over 140 major markets throughout North America with local savings for restaurants, attractions, sporting events, shopping, movie tickets and also exclusive national merchant online offers and deals. Plus there are thousands of travel discounts, including 3 hotel discount programs with savings at over 35,000 hotels, and special member savings from major car rental companies. New discounts are added daily, so check back often for discounts at favorite local establishments. Download the Entertainment Membership app from your mobile device storefront to quickly find discounts near you. Use our app to search, sort, store favorites and redeem the coupon right from your mobile device!

b. Membership terms. The Entertainment.com Savings Membership is valid for one year from the date of purchase. On the year anniversary of your membership, all your discounts will be refreshed, so you'll get to use them all again. Please note that some coupons can only be printed a limited number of times. The number of times that you can print an individual coupon will be refreshed on the year anniversary of when you first enrolled. If you choose to print your local discounts in advance, the coupons are valid for 14 days from the time they are printed. Mobile coupons selected for "redeem" must be presented to the merchant within 24 hours. Travel discounts may be valid for a longer period of time, so please check the coupon's expiration date. Discount type may be one-time use or multiple use per membership year, depending on merchant requirements. Merchant participation varies by market and not all offers are valid for mobile redemption. Please check the individual discount for specific terms. For your convenience, your membership will be renewed automatically at the end of your billing period. If you do not want to renew your membership, you must cancel more than five days before the end of your initial billing period (or any renewal period) in order for cancellation to take effect before the next billing period. If cancellation occurs after this date, the membership will be renewed and you will be charged according to the payment option you selected. Periodically, a discount that's available on Entertainment.com Savings Membership will be discontinued. This could be due to one of the following reasons: the discount was available for a brief time for a special event; business closure; or change in business ownership.

c. Cancellation. To cancel your membership, please call 866.299.8444. If you cancel within the first 30 days of your membership, we will gladly refund your membership fee. If you cancel and reinstate your membership within the same year, any coupons that you printed before canceling will count towards the limit of that particular offer.

General Rules

a. Additional Conditions: Read the offer carefully for stated conditions, restrictions and exclusions. All offers are valid anytime except on defined holidays or unless the offer states otherwise. Certain offers are restricted to one offer per party per visit. These additional conditions supersede other Rules of Use.

b. Discounts: Discounts exclude tax, tip and/or alcohol, where applicable.

c. Discount Redemption: Present your coupon/Bonus Card/Membership Card to a participating merchant at the time you request your bill to receive your discount. The merchant will retain your coupon, remove a card number, or return the card back to you to indicate you have used a discount offer. The least expensive item(s), up to the maximum value stated, will be deducted from your bill, or you will receive a percentage off the designated items(s), up to the maximum value stated, depending on the offer.

d. Free Offers: In most cases, to qualify for a free offer or complimentary item, you must purchase goods or services from the merchant making the offer. Such offers may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or awards program/offer.

e. Merchant Information: All merchant information is valid as of May 1, 2011, for printed programs. Visit www.entertainment.com for more information.

f. Movie Theatre Discounts: Some movie theatres are obligated by studio contracts to exclude discounts on certain movies. Please see individual offers for theatre exclusions, restrictions and conditions.

g. Tipping: Tipping for satisfactory service should be 15–20% of the total bill before the discount amount is subtracted.

h. Use With Other Discounts and Promotions: Up to three coupons/Membership Cards may be used per party, unless the offer states "One per party." Entertainment® offers may not be combined with any other discounts or promotions.

i. Valid Dates and Times/Holidays: Read the offer carefully for valid dates and times. Major holidays, including those defined below, and regional holidays observed by participating merchants, are excluded, even if the offer states "valid anytime": New Year's Eve/Day, Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day. Please check with the merchant regarding other holidays.

Discounts on Dining

One coupon may be used for every two people, and separate checks are prohibited. For restaurants offering a complimentary "menu item" when a second is purchased, a "menu item" is a main course or entre item. Some restaurants include a "when dining alone" option in their offers. These offers are valid only when dining alone. Dining offers are not valid on children's menu items, discount-priced daily specials, senior citizen rates, Early Bird specials, carryout/takeout (except for fast food and some carryout-only merchants), and buffets, unless otherwise noted.

Specific Market Content Rule

Denver, Colorado
For discounts in the Dining Out section of the Entertainment® book, receive 25% off the total bill for food and beverages on your first visit to these restaurants. Receive a 10% discount on all subsequent visits. One bill per table will be totaled. Only one card per table.

Louisville, Kentucky
In addition to the holidays indicated above, regionally celebrated holidays observed by participating merchants include the Breeder's Cup.

Canada
In addition to the holidays indicated above, Canadian holidays observed by participating merchants include Canada Day, Labour Day and Boxing Day.

Long Island, New York
Some merchants may offer 25% off the total dining bill for 1-4 people and 15% off the total bill for 5-8 people. In these cases, one bill per table will be totaled and only one card per table is allowed.

Quebec, Canada
"Table d'hote" indicates that you will receive 25% off the table d'hote dining bill for 1 to 4 people or 15% off for 5 to 8 people, excluding alcoholic beverages. When a table orders a combination of table d'hote and main course(s), the same rules for table d'hote apply to the main course.
