What is the Book Renewal Program? |

The Book Renewal Program gives you the opportunity to have the Entertainment book(s) of your choice sent to you automatically each year. You will get free shipping on all future year's books in the renewal program and receive your book(s) as soon as they're available, usually August or September. |

How can I join the Book Renewal Program? |

You will have the opportunity to join the renewal program when you purchase or register a book online. You can also call 1-888-231-SAVE and ask to be signed up for the program. |

Will I be notified prior to my book being shipped every year? |
| |
| |
Approximately 1 month prior to your book being shipped, you will receive an e-mail reminding you that you signed up for the renewal program and the approximate date it is scheduled to ship. If you do not want to receive your shipment, please call 1-866-770-0107 to cancel your participation from the renewal program. Note: If you joined the renewal program after May 15th you will not receive a formal notification for the upcoming season but will get renewal notices every year thereafter. |

When will I be charged for my book? |

You will be charged each year when your book is shipped, usually August or September. If you do not want to receive your shipment, please call 1-866-770-0107 to cancel your participation from the renewal program. |

Please call 1-866-770-0107 and one of our Customer Service representatives will assist you. If you cancel before receiving your first renewal book, you will be charged a $5 cancellation fee. |
