1. What is the status of my order?
Standard delivery may take 10-14 business days from the time your order is placed. If you haven't received your shipment after 14 days, please call 1-888-231-SAVE or contact our Customer Service team online so they can determine the status of your order and ensure that it's quickly on it's way to your door.

2. When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card is charged when your book(s) have been shipped. You will receive an e-mail notifying you that your order has shipped, which will confirm the amount you have been charged. The e-mail will also contain your order ID, which you should reference if you have any questions about your order.
