Entertainment Promotions has over 700 team members with more than 260 in the southern Michigan headquarters with the remaining sales division team members located throughout North America.

Dean DeBiase

Mr. DeBiase has led numerous global organizations in the media, entertainment, advertising, retail, technology, games and local/social/mobile commerce industries through expansion, turnaround, divestiture, M&A and IPO operating phases.

He has been chief executive of more than a dozen private and public corporations and Fortune 500 subsidiaries, including TNS Media, where he orchestrated a roll-up of advertising, entertainment, digital media and social networking groups that was subsequently acquired by WPP. He has also served as CEO of Autoweb, which he took public, and built into one of the top web brands and merged with Autobytel. In addition, Mr. DeBiase was CEO of The Imagination Network, a social media games company that was acquired by AOL.

Mr. DeBiase received a BS in Marketing from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from Keller Graduate School. He has also completed the MBA-Plus Executive Program at the University of Chicago, the CEO Program at the AMA, and the Directors Certification Program at the NACD’s Corporate Directors Institute. In addition, Mr. DeBiase is a participant in the Stanford Law School Directors’ College and a KIN Global Delegate at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Mike Periard

Prior to joining Entertainment Promotions, Mr. Periard served as Chief Financial Officer at Modern Engineering, an international engineering, staffing and consulting firm, where he oversaw the Company’s off-shoring expansion into countries including China, India and Romania, and helped strengthen and diversify the customer base through the acquisition of CBT. He has also served as vice president of finance at Tradebeam, a technology firm that provides global trade management and supply chain tools, and helped manage the merger of Tradebeam with SupplySolution. He has also held financial management positions with Zenith Network Systems and Worthington Industries, after starting his career in public accounting with KPMG.

Mr. Periard received his MBA in Finance from Indiana University, and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Michigan.

Melissa Fisher

Ms. Fisher leads the Company’s marketing, communications, product, production, pricing, procurement, promotional partnerships, business services, information technology, human resources and legal functions as well as direct to consumer sales via retail stores, internet and call centers.

Prior to joining Entertainment.com, Ms. Fisher served as senior vice president of marketing and communications for Cox Target Media, also overseeing simultaneously Valpak Direct Marketing Systems as senior vice president of marketing and communications. She has also served as regional director of marketing and promotions for Cox Media, a division of Cox Enterprises Inc., support services manager for Sentara Health System and lead Marketing, Research & Development for American Benefits Plus, a subsidiary of American Family Entertainment Corporation, known today as ABC Family cable network.

Ms. Fisher holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from Regent University. She is a Certified Direct Marketing Executive by the Direct Marketing Association, Certified Franchise Executive by the International Franchise Association and holds a certificate in Product Management from the Pragmatic Marketing Institute. She has completed Executive MBA programs in Strategic Marketing at Harvard Business School, Business-to-Business Strategy at Kellogg School of Management Northwestern University, Entrepreneurial Leadership Series at NOVA Southeastern University H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business & Entrepreneurship, Online Marketers Boot-Camp at Darden School of Business, University of Virginia along with Pricing Strategies and Tactics at the Chicago School of Business.

Garrett Mullins

He brings over 20 years of experience in sales, client services with internet and new media companies. Previously, Mr. Mullins served as vice president, sales and business development, for Kantar Media Compete, a web analytics company. He has also held the position of vice president of sales and solutions at Fathom Online, overseeing sales for digital advertising. SEO, paid search and analytics services. Mr. Mullins also acted as senior project executive for IBM Global Services, working with IBM technology and telecommunications consulting and outsourcing clients. Mr. Mullins holds a BA in Political Science from Auburn University.

Jeanne Chapman

A retail and restaurant industry veteran, Ms. Chapman served as the Director of Marketing for A&W Restaurants and held various other marketing and sales management positions in the health care arena. Ms. Chapman holds a BS in Education from Bowling Green State University. She has served for over 20 years on the board of the National Restaurant Association’s Marketing Executives Group.

Brad Barnett

Mr. Barnett leads the Company’s Youth Marketing Cause division, the field-deployed sales and service organization responsible for delivering branded products through schools in support of their fundraising needs. He oversees all aspects of this division including full P&L management, sales deployment strategies, post-sale service and fulfillment, student incentives and partner sales organization development. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Barnett was the President of Success Group International, a provider of business systems, knowledge and tools for porfessional contractors. He also serviced for over 10 years in a variety of increasingly responsible positions at Valpak, culminating in his promotion to Vice President Franchise Network Development where he was responsbile for all aspects of the franchised operations at the Company. Mr. Barnett holds a B.S. degree in Finance from Indiana University.

He is a Certified Franchise Executive by the Interntaional Franchise Association and has completed Executive MBA courses in Pricing Strategy and Tactics at the the University of Chicago Graduate School. Mr. Barnett serves as a Strategic Advisory Board Member at the International Institute for Franchise Education, Nova Southeastern University.

Frank Laura

Mr. Laura has 20 years of information technology experience in the financial, e-commerce, real estate, health care and automotive sectors. Prior to joining Entertainment.com, Mr. Laura served as chief information officer and vice president of software engineering at Quicken Loans, the nation’s largest online, direct mortgage lender. There, he led a team of 400 individuals responsible for creating and maintaining the Company’s core technology and infrastructure. Mr. Laura has also served as director of technical services for Computerized Facility Integration, a consulting firm specializing in integrating technology into the management of real estate, office, retail, manufacturing, and other spaces. At CFI, he was responsible for managing all headquarters technical staff assigned to consulting engagements, training and support services. Mr. Laura holds a BSBA and an Associate Degree in Architectural Construction Technology from Lawrence Technological University.

David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The University of Wisconsin and a Masters of Business Administration from The University of Denver.
